Currently retired and living in Leland, North Carolina, near Wilmington.
Married to Susan H. Johnson who taught art in public school for 39 years.
After a long break while working at a job I did not originally plan to, I started painting again in May 2017.
I always continued Photography and Videography and produced a nationally televised cable TV show and created instructional videos for the casino gaming industry, but I could not find time to paint until I retired. Now I am hard at it and seeking gallery representation and participating in juried and solo exhibitions. I hope you enjoy the work. The gallery will be steadily growing, so check in from time to time. Participate in the Blog Page if you like.

“What's so terrible today is that no one speaks ill of anyone. If you're to believe what you read, everything goes well. In every exhibition there's something. People may be indifferent or maybe a little malicious. But no-one kills anyone, nothing is tossed out, no banner leads the way. Everything is on the same level. Why? Surely not because it is true. Well then? Is it because people don't think any more? Or because they don't dare say what they think."
